Hansen Yuncken and HB+B Property were engaged by Qube Properties for the Design & Construction of Mazda’s new car storage facility in Campbelltown, NSW. The facility consists of over 2,500 car parks under cover, wash bays and office facilities. HB+B Property partnered with Hansen Yuncken in Design Development, Cost Planning and Delivery Infrastructure for the 8ha site.

Seven Hills Subdivision

HB+B Property managed a local development application and delivery of a 17 lot Torrens Title industrial subdivision. The works included bulk earthworks, stormwater, utilities and creation of a new road between Abbott Road and Park Road. Two intersections were modified as part of the works.
