HB&B Property and AMP Capital’s private client, Parangool, have entered into a joint venture to acquire 55-59 Regent Street and plan to redevelop into a boutique commercial building part of Sydney’s Central Innovation & Technology Precinct.

HB+B Property is working alongside industry-leading consultants to prepare a planning proposal for lodgement to the council before submitting a Development Application for the proposed scheme. HB+B Property is an equity shareholder, and Development Manager for the project, responsible for planning and design management, property management, leasing, finance provisions, cost planning, and refurbishment works.
