He brings with him 35+ years of experience within construction & development projects across Australia and ranging in size from $5m to $2.0bn.
His experience & knowledge covers multiples layers from Project initiation to Project Delivery across a range of Development and Contracting methodologies and across a range of Private and Government opportunities.
He is an Associate of the Institute of Company of Directors and the Australian Institute of Building. He holds several private Board positions and sits on a range of Government and Education Advisory Committees.
Kurt has 20+ years in the property industry having delivered a large portfolio of industrial, social infrastructure and commercial properties across Australia.
Kurt is currently the Managing Director of HB+B Property, and is involved in all aspects of the business including in the development of three large industrial parks in Sydney and Melbourne, respectively, as well as commercial properties in the Sydney CBD and childcare centres across the country.
Kurt has a passion for development and can most often be found “on the ground” with his team rather than behind a desk.
Prior to HB+B Kurt was the National Development Manager of Industrial for Hansen Yuncken (HY). He was brought to HY to establish the development management arm to accompany the established construction business. He’s most proud of Melbourne Markets, Connect@Erskine Park and First Estate projects in his tenure at HY.
Kurt begun his development career with Walker Corporation where he had strong mentors and the opportunity to be involved in significant projects including Erskine Park Industrial Estate, Bessemer St Blacktown and Roberts Road, Greenacre.
Ko has over 35 years of experience in the construction and property sectors in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining HB+B in 2017, he led the commercial operations of a multinational contractor overseas, and later a national builder with annual turnover in excess of $1b.
Drawing on his past experience in project delivery of diverse range and delivery models, Ko’s key focus in the business is financial and risk management to deliver equitable outcomes for all stakeholders.
Ko holds a Bachelor of Building Construction Management (UNSW), Graduate Diploma in Construction Law (Uni. Melb.) and Practitioner’s Certificate in mediation and expert determination.
Chris joined HB+B Property in 2018 as a Development Manager. He is now Director of Development overseeing both existing developments and the origination of new pipeline opportunities for the business across acquisitions and leasing.
Chris has strong experience across various sectors of development allowing him to lead many phases of the development process for HB+B’s projects.
Chris began his career at Hansen Yuncken, where he spent 7 years working across various roles in Construction and Development Management before spending 5 years in the United Kingdom where he worked on the up-front planning, leasing, and delivery of several large-scale mixed-use developments in Central London.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Construction Management & Property at the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
With a career spanning over 20 years, Craig is able to achieve a complete understanding of the development lifecycle, from project inception through to delivery as a result of having a vast depth of experience in conceptual design, detailed documentation, project management through to overseeing project delivery.
Utilising these skills, Craig has naturally progressed from a Design and Development Manager to a Director of Design & Delivery at HB+B Property, where he can now run and manage the development, design and delivery process with multiple stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
Wayne has over 25 years of experience working in real estate investment across capital transactions, funds management, asset & property management. Prior to joining HB+B in April 2023, he led the Real Estate Transactions team at AMP Capital.
Wayne has a strong track record in delivering strategic and financial outcomes for institutional and private capital clients in the industrial, commercial, retail and residential sectors. Wayne holds a Masters of Property Development (UTS) and Associate Diploma Electrical Engineering (TAFE NSW)
Warwick has over 35 years of experience working in real estate investment across funds management, development, asset & property management.
In the 8 years prior to joining HB+B Property, Warwick established a licenced Funds Management business which was acquired by Qualitas in 2022, where he continued to act as Fund Manager and Head of Retail Property. Warwick’s previous 13 years were across various roles at AMP Capital in the Opportunistic Funds, working across 35 different investment and development projects.
Warwick has a strong track record in delivering large scale development and investment projects for institutional and private capital clients in direct and joint venture arrangements. Warwick has held various Director positions, Responsible Management and Trustee roles, and holds a Real Estate Licence.
Natalie has 17 years’ experience in the construction industry including in the UK and Australia. She joined HB+B in 2020 as a design coordinator coming from Hansen Yuncken where she specialised in Health projects.
Natalie has delivered projects for HB+B in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA and has broadened her design management experience to include the Childcare & Industrial sectors.
Natalie works closely with design and engineering consultant teams and key project stakeholders to obtain development approvals and run detailed design development programs to meet project needs including design and construction budgets and program constraints.
Ben has been part of the HB+B Team since its inception in 2015. As Operations Manager, with a Bachelor of Commerce (UoW) and Masters of Property Development (UTS), he has been responsible for the establishment and management of much of the company’s financial, HR, IT and general operational requirements. As well as this, Ben holds the role of Company Secretary for HB+B and its subsidiary and JV companies, working to ensure compliance at all levels of the business.
Luke Wilson, a seasoned professional in property development, has been an integral part of HB+B since its inception in 2015. As the State Development Manager Victoria, he spearheads the Melbourne office and orchestrates an array of large-scale industrial developments.
Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of Wollongong, Luke has developed expertise across the social infrastructure, commercial and industrial sectors, covering the full development lifecycle of acquisition, planning and delivery.

Danny has over 25 years of experience in the Construction industry, with extensive experience across a broad spectrum of design and development roles.
Danny currently heads the Special Projects function at HB+B, leading complex projects for the organisation since its inception in 2015.
From master planning and early concept design management, through to construction completion, Danny has achieved challenging and complex yet positive planning outcomes for his clients. Danny is commended by his stakeholders for his strong discipline and analytical skills.
Previously, Danny held various design and development roles within the building and architecture sector in Australia.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (UNSW) and joined the HB+B design and delivery team in 2022 as a project manager. With a background of 9 years in the Construction Industry, Nick is intimately familiar with project delivery with a key focus on efficiency, quality and minimising risks for clients.
Kate has over 30 years of finance experience and brought that with her to HB+B when she commenced as Finance Manager in 2022. Kate looks after all the daily financial requirements for the company and ensures things run smoothly.
Kate holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services.
Liam began his career in property development in early 2022 with HB+B as an assistant development manager. His key focuses have been on acquisition due diligence, development feasibilities, research analysis, project pre-leasing, and developing key relationships with industry professionals. During his tenure with HB+B, Liam has garnered invaluable experience working across multiple property sectors, including, industrial, childcare and commercial. Liam has prior experience working in the professional services industry as an accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.
Mike joined HB+B Property as a Development Manager in 2024. In this role, Mike assists in the delivery of existing projects as well as the development of HB+B’s pipeline through acquisition and pre-leasing opportunities. Mike brings a wealth of industry experience, having previously worked as a civil engineer providing design services on a range of complex infrastructure and urban redevelopment projects. This diverse background equips Mike with the skills and insights necessary to drive successful project outcomes at HB+B. Mike holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons.) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
Michael Hoac is a recent addition to the HB+B Property team in Victoria, stepping into the role of Assistant Development Manager in 2024 with a fresh perspective and a diverse range of experience.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Systems from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Deakin University, Michael has exposure to the construction industry through commercial and industrial projects in Victoria and South Australia. He is well-equipped to deliver positive results in every endeavour.
