Alspec Industrial Business Park is an innovation precinct located in Orchard Hills that will accommodate new warehousing, office, and distribution facilities across 70 hectares of developable land. HB+B Property are working directly with the Landowner, Alspec, and have been formally engaged as Development Manager to spearhead the development from inception to completion.
In March 2024, the development achieved rezoning approval, from Rural to Enterprise land, following a 4-year planning process with the Department of Planning and Penrith City Council and other key stakeholders. The site will feature a variety of uses for the emerging and evolving industrial sector. The estate will combine bespoke architectural design, flexible space options, efficient logistics and connectivity for a range of prospective tenants and supply chains networks.
