Burrah Park is a joint venture collaboration between UniSuper and ISPT who aim to establish a state-of-the-art logistics and warehousing hub in the heart of the Northern Gateway Precinct of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis. HB+B has been appointed as the Development Manager on the project to lead the planning, civil infrastructure, design, and construction of the 171-hectare prime industrial estate, encompassing approximately 630,000 square metres of Gross Floor Area.
Located directly opposite the new Western Sydney International Airport on Elizabeth Drive, our goal is to future-proof the estate, ensuring its longevity while integrating ESD and smart city initiatives. As a thriving employment centre, Burrah Park is set to fuel regional growth by providing diverse and skilled opportunities in sectors such as freight and logistics, warehousing, technology, commercial enterprise in addition to providing worker amenity and recreation opportunities in its central hub and adjacent open space.
