HB+B identified a first-choice re-zoning opportunity when NSW Planning & Environment released lands in Mamre Road, Erskine Park, in 2012. Working with the landowner, HB+B had the 50Ha site included in the existing employment area, which Altis Property Partners subsequently purchased.

HB+B have worked alongside Altis in the development of the site providing a broad range of services.

Re-zoning to create employment opportunities and reinvigorate communities.
